How to Return an Item

Your item must be in its original unopened and unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

To return an item, please follow the steps below:

1. Please fill out the return request form found here:  RETURN REQUEST FORM * (will be available soon, please contact us by email for now)

2. Mail your returned item to:

Return Exceptions

All labor (installation) costs, including parts used for the installation, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For online sales, items cannot be returned if they are opened.

Clearance items, items sold "as is," and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Products that have been opened, used, installed, broken, or altered will not be accepted for return.

All items must be in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs must be prepaid and covered by the customer. We do not accept COD or unpaid return packages.

Restocking Fees
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

No exchanges are available. Please ensure the item you order fits your vehicle and meets your needs.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exceptions to this policy apply if you received a defective item or an incorrect item was shipped by Car Systems Installation.
